Auto Feed Gauging System
Originally Schröder-Fasti developed gripper feed gauging systems for forming heavy plate to auto feed the heavy blanks through the forming cycle, robotic load/unload and bump forming. So who better than the originator of grip feed gauging to develop a system for automatic feeding for complex precision sheet metal parts? Grip feeding of parts provides many benefits, including forming multiple parts at once, maintaining the datum point through the forming cycle, consistent cycle times, robotic automation and a faster safer more accurate forming environment. Grip feed systems from Schröder-Fasti come in many configurations, are easily positioned across the gauging table, and allow for around, over or on the flange gripping. This flexibility with easy set up allows for small lot sizes to be efficiently processed, and with a bi-directional system, can provide for productivity advantages not found on any other system.
