Gripper Feed gauging systems; a staple for forming heavy plate, for automating with robotics, and for bump forming. In fact, if you have seen a bucket or attachment on a skid steer, there is a very good chance it was formed on one of our systems. And if you make buckets or attachments, you need to call us! Able to grip and feed material up to 5/8" thick x machine length, our grip feed systems are a must for large heavy sheets. Simply hand the blank off to the gripper feed system, 2 or more clamps lock onto the sheet, and the operator drives the forming process via foot pedal. Once finished, the system holds onto the part until the operator releases it. Dozens of installations across North America, some with robots, some stand alone, proves a successful track record.
