Non-parallel bend lines, tapered bends, parts perfect for a folder but where standard back gauging won't work. Schröder-Fasti has the solution with CNC front gauging, a mainstay of their offering, with multiple configurations to choose from, and with the backbone to stand up to the toughest forming environment. Our front gauging is available with as many as 5 axes, ready to gauge your toughest part. From our simplest version with only X, to our independently driven X¹-X², you can also incorporate Z, or Z¹ - Z². And for jobs which require over 110` of angle, R is easily added. With up to 15" of gauging available, we have never met a flange we couldn't reach. Our heavy industry system handles materials up to 1/2" thick, with customized system for up to 5/8" thick materials. These systems are tough, rugged, and built Fasti tough.
