The MAK series has a system to provide you with all the benefits of precision folding, without purchasing a system overblown to the application. In essence, this is the base of folding, perfectly suited to attack a general manufacturing environment, eliminating useless “bells and whistles,” which drive up costs and don’t contribute to your bottom line.

And, the Schröder MAK’s come in two basic groupings:

The MAKII: Heavier roofing capacities, but works well in signage and light architectural.

The MAKIII: More sophistication, higher end architectural, signage and light industrial.

CONTROLS

With the Schröder MAK Series, like all other options, choice of controls is a personal, based on your production requirements. Each one of our line of controls is suited perfectly to the job at hand. GAUGING SYSTEMS

Folding is famous for a wide variety of features that make it the most versatile method for producing precision parts all across both horizontal and vertical applications. One of those key features is the backgauge which holds the part so the operator doesn’t have to, while at the same time measuring that blank to exact, and repeatable tolerances.

The MAK Series offers you your choice of a series of gauging, from a manual front operated system, to NC controlled systems, all the way up to the Rectangular, L, J or U shapes, found on full featured models.
